The Library
Books? Indeed... Who needs books when you have CD Roms and the Internet,
eh? Well... Each to their own. I haven't come across that many books that can really h ld your attention to the very end.
Nor have I found many educational type reads out there that are
just fascinating (but I don't think that's their function).
However they are out there and I found a couple. These are a few
really, really, (for use of a better w rd) really good books that are well worth a read, or seven...
Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
Think and Grow Rich
The Diamond Throne
The Magician
Eat Me
Praise
The Complete Molesworth
Upgrading and Repairing PCs
The Law
In many reading bits that you'll come accross there is
almost always some quote from one ofr another person. I dig quotes. Yeah. Some are pretty
cool. Others are sappy shit that wastes space but all the same, space wasting is almost
always the game - why else would some ne what a, 'Foreword by', 'a Introduction by', 'Preface by',
and so on and son on, yeah? If you want to see a great example of this, go and find
yourself a c py of Monty
Python's 'Big Red Book'. Say no more. Anyways, here are some quotey bits you might dig. If
you wan't a laff, go the funny ones, if you want to pretend I'm an intelektual, go for the
other, or don't.
Laff
Don't
Now it's time for a new addition to this
page... well... everything on this page is a new edition really so we can scrap that
intro... H w about, 'read this
or don't'. I like it. Catchy, amusing, opportunative, funky... oh shut up. Anyway here's
this bit...
Read this, or don't
